TransitFiles is a peer-to-peer (P2P) direct browser transmission coordination utility. TransitFiles acts solely as an ephemeral broker for signaling connection setup and does not host, curate, monitor, or manage the content transferred between users.

🛡️ 2. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must adhere to all applicable laws. You agree not to use TransitFiles to transmit:

• Malicious Payloads: Malware, viruses, spyware, or malicious code.
• Copyright Violations: Material that violates intellectual property or copyright laws.
• Illegal Material: Content prohibited under international or local legal statutes.

⚠️ 3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Because transmissions occur directly over user network paths (P2P), speeds and success rates depend on user bandwidth, NAT firewalls, and client hardware capabilities.

🔒 4. Zero Logging Disclaimer

Because TransitFiles operates on a Zero-Knowledge architecture, we cannot recover lost files or inspect past transfers. Both sender and receiver must remain connected until the transfer reaches 100% completion.
